This week couldn't get any simpler, but will definitely challenge you on a whole body level. All you need is a kettlebell and some dip bars or rings.
Buy In: 5 Turkish Get Ups, Each Side

- 10 kettlebell swings
- 5 Dips (use bars or rings, whichever you have)
