Workout Wednesday - 12/25/19

Merry Christmas and welcome to the Yule tide edition of #WorkoutWednesday.

Each Wednesday we provide a quick, efficient workout that you can fit into your busy schedule to add some variety or to break through a plateau.

This week couldn't get any simpler, but will definitely challenge you on a whole body level. All you need is a kettlebell and some dip bars or rings.

Buy In: 5 Turkish Get Ups, Each Side

10 rounds, for time:

  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 5 Dips (use bars or rings, whichever you have)

Buy Out: 5 Turkish Get Ups, Each Side
