Each week we provide a short, effective workout that you can use to add some variety or bust through a plateau.
This week's workout is so simple, you will look at it and think it isn't challenging, but I promise you that is not the case.
7 rounds, for time:
- 7 kettlebell swings
- 7 chin ups
- 7 burpees
For the swings, chose a kettlebell a little heavier than you normally would. Challenge yourself here to get the most out of it.
