Welcome to another #WorkoutWednesday where we provide a brief but challenging workout that you can add to your routine to challenge yourself or add some variety.
This week we have a super challenging cardio workout that can be performed on any piece of equipment you like. We suggest the rower or assault bike, but a ski erg, Versa Climber, or even a treadmill will work just fine as well.
For simplicity, we will use the rower in the example:
For time, row for calories:
Each set, rest for the same amount of time it takes you to complete the calorie total.
