What is happening and how the hell are you today?

Welcome to Workout Wednesday, our weekly feature where we provide a short, challenging training session to get you moving and help you get over the dreaded specter of humpday.

Here is the workout for today:

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of:

  • 10 Kettlebell Front Squats (if not kettlebells, a barbell or dumbbells are fine)
  • 10 pull ups (or chin ups)

Seems simple right? Let us know how many rounds you were able to get done!
