Welcome to Workout Wednesday, our weekly feature where we provide a short, challenging training session to get you moving and help you get over the dreaded specter of humpday.
Here is the workout for today:
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of:
- 10 Kettlebell Front Squats (if not kettlebells, a barbell or dumbbells are fine)
- 10 pull ups (or chin ups)
