And we are back with the return of Workout Wednesday.

In these short posts we look to share a quick, highly effective and efficient workout that you can use to challenge yourself and that is easy to fit into a busy schedule.

This one is simple and it really hurts. It's a great finisher to and Olympic lifting day as well!

10 Rounds for time:

  • 250 M row
  • 10 dumbbell thrusters

Use a weight that is challenging enough and happy grinding!
