Each week we post a brief, intense, and effective workout that you can easily fit into a busy schedule or use to break out of your normal routine.
This week is a really nasty one that will get you breathing like a freight train and challenge your whole body:
- 7 push ups, 7 sec rest, 7 push ups, 7 sec rest, 7 push ups
- 21 deadlifts
For the deadlifts, use a weight that is challenging enough but don't overestimate yourself, that thing gets really nasty on the third round!
