Workout Wednesday - 10/23/19

It's #WorkoutWednesday once again.

Every Wednesday we post a quick and challenging workout that you can use to break out of your routine and try something new.

This week we have one that will have you walking to your car funny. Get ready to feel a little bit nauseous too!

  • Back Squat, 20 reps - add weight
  • Front Squat, 5 reps
  • Use previous front squat weight, Back Squat 20 reps - add weight
  • Front Squat, 5 reps
  • Use previous front squat weight, Back Squat 20 reps - add weight
  • Front Squat, 5 reps

Obviously, this one is about volume. Start with a weight you can manage and take as much time in between sets as necessary.

For the back squats, if you get massively fatigued during the set and before you hit 20, use breathing squats to get to the end.
