Workout Wednesday - 10/09/19

This week for #WorkoutWednesday, we have a full body burner that requires minimal equipment. 

We also have an option for adding some intensity, so you will find a beginner's version and an advanced version below.

5 Rounds For Time:

  • 1 heavy kettlebell snatch, left arm
  • 3 strict, dead-hang pull ups
  • 1 heavy kettlebell snatch, right arm
  • 20 push ups

Advanced version:

  • 1 heavy kettlebell snatch, left arm
  • 5 pull ups
  • 1 heavy kettlebell snatch, right arm
  • As many push ups as possible

On the second round, add another snatch to each arm. Continue adding another rep every round. On the last round you will be performing 5 heavy snatches per arm.
