It's #WorkoutWednesday again. 

Each week, we provide a short but challenging workout that you can use to add a new challenge or some variety in your routine.

This week we feature a workout that looks deceptively simple on its face, but will leave you breathing like a freight train.

Buy in: 50 burpees

7 rounds for time:

  • 7 Devil's Press
  • 7 Toes to Bar

Buy out: 50 burpees

My suggestion is to get to a comfortable cruising pace on the burpees and maintain that. If you redline too soon, you will really pay for it later!
