Each week we provide a short but challenging workout you can use to challenge yourself or break through a plateau.
This week, all you need is a jump rope and a pull up bar, but it's a real burner!
10 Rounds:
- 10 pull ups
- 100 double unders
You can do this for time, or just move at a comfortable pace and get it done. Either way, you will be feeling this one the next day!
