For Time:
- 1a. Overhead Presses (any kind) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
- 1b. Pull Ups 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Perform these back and forth as a superset and rest as little as possible to really grind out a killer time!
