It’s #WorkoutWednesday again. Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle. 

This week we have a real burner focusing on the vertical plain of movement.

For Time:

  • 1a. Overhead Presses (any kind) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
  • 1b. Pull Ups 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Perform these back and forth as a superset and rest as little as possible to really grind out a killer time!
