It’s #WorkoutWednesday again. Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle:

This week we have a real challenge for you, and it's a variation on the Hero WOD Murph. You aren't going to want to walk after this one!

For time:

  • Run 1 mile
  • 25 KB snatches each arm
  • 50 KB swings
  • 100 push ups
  • Run 1 mile
