It’s #WorkoutWednesday again. Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle.

This week is a serious burner. If you have to scale for your fitness level, that's completely fine.

Tabata Nightmare

For time:

  • Tabata Kettlebell snatches
  • 50 push ups
  • Tabata Kettlebell snatches
  • 25 pull ups

Bonus points for you if you are able to add weight to the second round of snatches.
