Workout Wednesday - 04/17/19

It’s #WorkoutWednesday again. Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle:

This week we have a workout that is simplicity itself, but getting it done is another deal altogether!

For time:

  • 50 pull ups
  • 5K run
  • 50 pull ups

For the 5K, we highly recommend focusing on only allowing nasal breathing.
