Workout Wednesday - 04/10/19

It’s #WorkoutWednesday again. Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle:

This week is a two-part workout.

Part 1 - Strength

Weight Pull Ups 3-3-3-2-2-1

Keep adding weight each set, working up to a heavy single.

Part 2 - Conditioning

  • 50 KB swings
  • 50 sit ups
  • 40 KB swings
  • 40 sit ups
  • 30 KB swings
  • 30 sit ups
  • 20 KB swings
  • 20 sit ups
  • 10 KB swings
  • 10 sit ups

If necessary due to time constraints, you can seperate these two workouts into different times of day. For instance performing the strength section in the morning and the conditioning at night.

This one is incredibly challenging, but just keep your focus on the next rep and before you know it, you will be done.
