It’s #WorkoutWednesday again. Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle:

The goal on this workout is to go as heavy as you can with good form:

Unbroken Complex

  • 3 KB snatches
  • 2 KB off set squats
  • 1 KB overhead press

Switch arms and repeat.

Rest as long as necessary to be ready to go heavy. Go up in weight until you fail on one of the movements.
