The goal on this workout is to go as heavy as you can with good form:
- 3 KB snatches
- 2 KB off set squats
- 1 KB overhead press
Switch arms and repeat.
Rest as long as necessary to be ready to go heavy. Go up in weight until you fail on one of the movements.Happy grinding
