- Farmers carry, 100 meters, right hand
- Farmers carry, 100 meters, left hand
- Waiters carry, 100 meters, right hand
- Waiters carry, 100 meters, left hand
- Overhead carry, 100 meters, right hand
- Overhead carry, 100 meters, left hand
Do 3 rounds.
