It’s #WorkoutWednesday again. Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle:

This one is going to transfer over to real world situations.

Use a heavy kettlebell, dumbbell or sandbag. Something challenging for you:

  • Farmers carry, 100 meters, right hand
  • Farmers carry, 100 meters, left hand
  • Waiters carry, 100 meters, right hand
  • Waiters carry, 100 meters, left hand
  • Overhead carry, 100 meters, right hand
  • Overhead carry, 100 meters, left hand

Do 3 rounds.
