It’s #WorkoutWednesday again. Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle:

 

This is as simple as it gets, but will get the whole body

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes:

2 KB Turkish get ups

20 push ups

Men use a 53 pound bell, women a 35 pound bell.
