Workout Wednesday - 02/26/20

Welcome back to #WorkoutWednesday!

Each Wednesday we share a brief, intense workout you can use to challenge yourself or break through a plateau.

This week is a lung burning cardio challenge

5 rounds:

  • 2 minute row
  • 1 minute run

Increase your pace with each round. Then:

50 burpees for time.

This one is a massive challenge, and you get out what you put in, so don't hold back!
