Workout Wednesday - 02/19/20

It's #WorkoutWednesday again!

Each week we provide a short, intense workout you can use to challenge yourself or break through a plateau.

This week we have a quick MetCon with limited equipment.

10 Rounds For Time:

  • 8 dumbell thrusters
  • 8 slam ball slams

If you don't have access to a slam ball, you can substitute burpees instead.
