Workout Wednesday - 02/12/20

It's #WorkoutWednesday again!

Each week we provide you with a brief and intense workout you can use to challenge yourself or break through a plateau.

This week, we feature the fabled Bear Complex:

5 rounds for load:

7 unbroken sets of:

  • 1 power clean
  • 1 front squat
  • 1 push press
  • 1 back squat
  • 1 push press

There's a few ways to attack this. If you are familiar with this type of workout, you can increase the load each set. Since there is no time component, you can rest for as long as you'd like after your seventh set.

If this is new to you, you will probably be surprised at how quickly the fatigue starts adding up. You will definitely discover where your weak links are. You might want to get a good weight and just keep it for every set and every round, that's OK too!
