Each week we provide you a short but simple workout that you can use to challenge yourself or break out of a plateau.
This week we will borrow from some of the strongman training principles we looked at earlier this week.
- 100 push ups
- 100 air squats
However you'd like to stagger those or complete them is fine.
Then, 5 rounds:
- 100 meter farmer's carry
- 100 meter overhead carry
Rest as needed between carries and rounds.
If you've never played with strongman training or weighted carries this one will surprise you at how challenging it is!
