Each week we provide a brief but intense workout that you can use to challenge yourself or break through a plateau.
This week is a cardio focused workout that isn't so quick, but if you have an hour, give this one a try!
As many rounds as possible in 60 minutes of:
- Row 1000 meters
- Run 1 mile
For the running, if you can't run outside, you'll want a true form runner or manual treadmill. Worst case scenario, a regular old-fashioned treadmill is fine.
