This dumbbell finisher is called Lucky 7.
10 minutes EMOM (every minute on the minute):
On even numbers (minute 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10) perform 7 dumbbell thrusters
On odd numbers (minute 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9) perform 7 burpees
This one really adds up and is a great one to add at the end of a leg day 💪
