It's #WorkoutWednesday again.

Each week we bring you a brief, challenging workout that you can use to test yourself or break through a plateau.

This week we have a chipper style workout that requires minimal equipment but will get things burning.

For Time:

  • 10 tuck jump burpees
  • 20 burpees
  • 30 push ups
  • 40 mountain climbers
  • 50 kettlebell swings
  • 40 mountain climbers
  • 30 push ups
  • 20 burpees
  • 10 tuck jump burpees
