Workout Wednesday - 01/08/20

Welcome back to #WorkoutWednesday.

Each week we provide a short but challenging workout that you can use to challenge yourself or break through a plateau in your training.

This week is pure strength:

Squat:

5-4-3-2-1

Perform the reps with the heaviest weight you can tolerate for each range and add weight before moving to the next.

Rest as much as needed between sets.
