It's Workout Wednesday once again and this one is a great way to kick off the new year! Each Wednesday we give you a short, challenging, and effective workout that you can fit into a busy schedule.
Today's workout is deceptively simple, but we suggest using a heavy weight, provided form is maintained under fatigue. Let's get after it!
EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 20 minutes:
- Kettlebell cleans x 2 reps
- Kettlebell Overhead Press x 2 reps
- Kettlebell Squat x 2 reps
