Welcome to the first #WorkoutWednesday of 2020! Today is also the beginning of our 30 day challenge the New Year Jumpstart.

Today's workout will feature some Tabata action. Tabata is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for four minutes. :
- Tabata Kettlebell Snatches (stick with one arm for the full 20 seconds of work, switch arms after every rest period)
- Tabata burpees (this really hurts!)
- Tabata on the rower
All told, that's a 12 minute workout. Simple right?
