Eating healthy on the go is not as difficult (or expensive) as people make it sound.
This overnight oats recipe is a convenient way to get some quality nutrition and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
The only things that you absolutely must have for this recipe are organic, rolled oats and your favorite non-dairy milk (I use macadamia these days).
How To Make It
Grab a mason jar. Instead of putting moonshine it it, throw in one cup of the oats and then one cup of the milk.
Toss this in the fridge (you guessed it) overnight.
The next morning when you grab the oats, through in the toppings you would like. My go to is to through in some almond butter with a touch of honey.
I like this breakfast on big training days. If I know a session in the gym or a long run is on the schedule, I want the right fuel, and this one is easy on my stomach and packed with energy.
Give it a shot and make it yours.
