Each week we post a brief, effective, and challenging workout you can easily fit into a busy lifestyle:

This one starts to feel real toasty, real quick. For the thrusters, we suggest 95 lbs for women, 135 for men but scale as needed.

The goal is 100 total thrusters. Break up sets and reps however you like, but each time you take a break from the barbell, you have to do 20 double unders.

Simple? You bet. Easy? Hell no!
